Mr Bhimsen is a Post Graduate in English Literature and also has a PG Diploma in English Language Teaching. He served in the IAF or 20 years as Education Instructor. His duties involved taking classes for ab-initio trainees, preparing air-warriors for various promotion exams, Management of Air Force Schools, liaisoning with Press etc.

Post retirement, Mr Bhimsen joined India’s leading coaching Institute, T.I.M.E, where he takes Verbal Ability classes for students preparing for CAT/GRE/GMAT. He was also the CAMPUS Recruitment Training Head for Bangalore. He has been teaching in T.I.M.E since 2008 and has a total teaching experience of more than 30 years.Mr Bhimsen is a visiting faculty for a few colleges where he trains students in soft skills, prepares them for GD and Interview. He is also a quiz Master and has performed this role in Air Force and in a college in Bangalore.Currently, Mr Bhimsen is the VP, Marketing in SilverPeak Global, an Indo Japanese venture which is into placements in Japan for Indian Engineers.
