Wg Cdr Alok Sahay, an alumni of JNU (MA History),  has more than 30 years of experience in teaching and other fields. He handled Education, Admin and ATC branches while in Air Force. Prior to his joining IAF, he worked as a lecturer in Ranchi University, Jamshedpur. Besides, he has done a course in Business Management from MDI Gurgaon.He played a key role during Kargil war as he was in charge of ATC in a forward base.Teaching, Skill and Behavioural testing, Career Counselling and coaching candidates for SSB interviews are  his forte. He has won prizes for being best in public speaking and in sports. Moreover, he was awarded a few times in the IAF for displaying extraordinary skills and for performing his duty beyond the call of the hour.'
